From Myer Warringah Mall car park - 1 minute walk to the rear entrance of 117 Pittwater Road.  Take stairs to Lifestyle working building.  Past Hive Cafe on the ground floor take sharp left, then turn right down corridor (about halfway) down you will see Silver Minds Psychology - come in and take a seat.
