
ABOUT THERAPY
In our first meetings we will work together to gain a common understanding of your needs. Sometimes this is really clear in the first session, other times it takes a couple of sessions to get to the heart of what's happening.
The length of therapy and need to re-attend can vary a lot from here. This is also something we can work on together as we clarify your needs, goals and treatment options to suit your needs.
Sessions are 55 minutes in duration.
